These floss attachments work very well. First I use a toothpick to remove large pieces of food and then a brush head to clean between teeth. I was concerned that the line head size would be awkward, but the line head should not be perpendicular to the work. It's easy to tip it in the mouth to reach the back molars. I can brush all my teeth without any problems. I can floss my entire mouth without the filament snapping or tearing. The plastic case is durable and I'll repurpose it so it doesn't contribute to the plastic pollution of the planet, but there's no reason why it shouldn't be a recyclable or biodegradable cardboard box instead. AAMOF, maybe the manufacturer should work on a biodegradable version of the toothpick itself?
