Product seems to work but I gave it 3 stars because I didn't realize how much effort it takes to make it work. In the first step, the stain must be moistened with water. In the second step, spray the stain. There is nothing on the bottle about how long to wait before taking the third step. Third step, rub like crazy with a sponge or clean cloth to remove the stain. They suggest using a paper towel, but it will just crumble. So remember this is no simple spray and let the enzymes do their job.
