The ability to easily integrate with our system is by far one of my favorite things about this product. It's very intuitive to use! I wish that there was an option for adding custom fields but we were able to get around that issue using tags instead. If you are looking at integrating multiple vendors then definitely look in to hos as they have many different ways to connect them together which can save alot of headache down the road if something goes wrong. We solved issues where data would not sync across systems or keep getting overwritten when trying to update records through other systems like Salesforce.
