Very comfortable, perfect size. We were looking for a reasonably inexpensive solution to my husband's herpes problems. We tried antacids and it didn't help. This pillow provides the perfect amount of buoyancy while still making you feel like you're not quite upright. It was packaged in a very small box and took several hours to expand. There was a slight smell when first opened, but that went away within 24 hours. Although it comes with a case, it does not come with a pillowcase. Didn't want to spend extra money on a pillowcase so we just covered it with an inexpensive fleece blanket and it seems to work great. It also helps keep it on the bed so it doesn't slip. Very happy with this pillow.
