After assembling this chair I can say both good and bad things about it. I cannot adjust the height and cannot prevent the seat from tipping back at this time. Assembly seemed pretty easy. Due to my possible error, the metal bar which is (roughly) the 3rd step in the assembly process may not have been rotated properly and is preventing me from adjusting it. To be honest I'll have to take the chair apart to see if it's a real problem. Another day. Just make sure you check the silver staff to make sure it's in the right direction. Otherwise the chair is very comfortable as are the armrests (which are adjustable) and I've been using it for 3 weeks.
