*FYI it didn't come with instructions so I found a tutorial on YouTube on how to put it together. I've had this carrier since October * I think the price and portability make it worth it. This is a good carrier when you take your pet for short trips. The material from which it is made is not suitable for long-distance travel. I have a small size for my ferret and she chews! The stretcher holds tight, but if my ferret or your pet chews on it for a long time, there's a chance it will break and your pet (or my ferret in my case) can escape. But if your pets don't chew and are comfortable in the carrier, you shouldn't have this problem, be aware. This stretcher is great for trips to and from the vet or when you need to get your pet out of the way (like cleaning their cage or needing to get them out of the way for safety) it will hold you up, but I would don't recommend it as a kind of tote bag for long trips! I think you get your money's worth, it's worth a look as the carrying itself is very light and easy to store. Also remember that I only use my carrier for my ferret when I am cleaning her cage and my ferret does not like being in a carrier. . So she chews and scratches him. But since I trim her nails and I've had this carrier since October I'd say it's pretty durable.
