Review on Portable Monitor 13.3" Origami Kickstand Duex, Model 103-1002P01 by Quinton Garrett

1st review: I bought this a little over a year ago, it fell apart completely. The screen still works, but the adhesive has come loose and cannot be moved. Terrible quality. New review: A customer service representative made an effort to fix this issue and she really did everything possible. The communication and efforts to resolve my complaints have been excellent. They sent me a refurbished replacement monitor (12.5 inch trio) and so far it's working great. Rotating the screen in the new version is smooth, which is broken in the Duex monitor. I plan to use this new monitor every day so it goes through the call. But so far so good! Slim and easier to set up.
