I like flexibility.
If I'm just going to work or just going to a shop or two I'll just grab my ID pouch and take it, if I'm going shopping and not sure what cards I need I'll take both depending on what pants I can wear and a wallet . or separate it and carry each in a different bag. The ID card pocket fits neatly in my front pocket when I unzip. AGAIN love the flexibility.
