I bought this because it is very difficult to read the speedometer in my car during the day. (Bad GM design. Source surprise.) One of the reasons I bought this particular model is that it comes with a power cord. I plugged it in and it worked right away. The little 'Speed Adjust' was relatively easy (the default is a little higher, which probably isn't a bad idea). Most (many!) other features don't bother me. The only problem was that it turned off when I turned off the ignition. Turns out it wasn't a Timprove issue, but (again) GM (surprise): Accessory sockets on my car are "all the time" ) The Only Reason The reason I gave this device four stars overall instead of five is because the small manual that comes with the device is very small, difficult for us elderly to read and not fluent in English at all speaks. (This device is made in China and I agree with that - most small electronic devices are the same, but millions of people in China speak and write English very well. Timprove can rent it! Not that we should complain - like many Americans speak Mandarin fluently? So let's not whine too much.)
