The team at BPT are very knowledgeable about their products which makes it easy to get support when needed! I have never had any issues with them in over 10 years of working together so far (I've been using both desktop computers as well laptops). They also offer great discounts if you sign up through us - we can provide an even better deal than they do themselves!! We use our PCs primarily but sometimes need help troubleshooting or getting software installed/configured correctly via remote access from home occasionally too since my work hours don't always align perfectly wtih theirs :) Our business has grown significantly during this time period allowing me more flexibility within those boundaries now that there's no longer one person solely responsible fo all tech needs across multiple locations like before.
