My 10 year old son wanted the red shoes to look like Sonic so he loved them. We can say that these shoes are not of the highest quality, but for him they fit perfectly as a game shoe. His feet grew amazingly fast (and now they're almost as big as mine), so he outgrew them before they wore out. He found them comfortable and easy to put on and take off.
