Fits exactly as it did from the factory. The screws are fine. I painted the screws because the original ones were rusty inside. I hope this one lasts the same or longer. I recommend that you tear off the foam on the wire because it won't go through the small second hole with it in it. I even tried using silicone spray to help it slide. I had a little trouble getting the metal compression fittings through the hole, but a thin screwdriver helped a lot. My only minor complaint is that the grommets that hold the cord in the radio aren't very tight. It works fine but the OEM tabs were better perforated and fit snugly. I recommend the product for Jeep Wrangler TJ.
