Noticed an improvement straight away

I don't use a harness but I like this item. I noticed a week difference. It helped my back and hips faster than therapy. I like the price and the material. I highly recommend this product. (I am 5 feet tall and weigh 125 pounds). I've added this information for consumers who read reviews.
