Fits my wrist very well, perfect size. Some downsides are that the thumb loop is a bit long which causes it to stick out and get things caught. You need to cut or fold it yourself, which is the best option. Holds tight, makes a little noise when moving with it, but doesn't weaken at all. It has two aluminum pieces, one for the thumb that goes along the wrist and the other for the wrist itself. This provides tremendous support. I can wear this thing all day and then all night. I highly recommend it. The strut is virtually wear-free and the aluminum can be bent to the desired angle.
