Bought to work with an HP printer and the printer couldn't even recognize it as a toner cartridge but as we threw the box away to avoid clutter we are we don't obsess over it. Look elsewhere if using an HP printer. Update, the seller contacted me and sent us a working replacement; However, the replacement they sent was a premium brand toner cartridge, not a True Image brand for whatever it's worth.
