Housing is fine, magnet is as strong as described, contact plate is OK but the countersunk holes are not deed enough to ensure that the contact plate screws are flush to the plate.And then there is the gelatinous goop adhesive that is needed for blind lining up of magnet and contact plate. These work great, will hold really strong, and are fairly easy to install. However, the hardware it comes doesn't sink up tight and can interfere with the products ability to hold fast. The difference between a 5lb pull and a 40lb pull is very small adjustments in installation. They seem solid and should last.

easy to install. there is lots of wiggle room and so easy to match up the two parts. the screws it came with worked well and they gave extras. Makes my old cabinets stay closed nicely!

Ordered them, came on time. However turns out I did not use the product, just going to hold on to it. It does have a very strong magnet, and is built well. Do not think you would go wrong with this product.

These were great. I had a little trouble installing but that is only because of the small spaces on my camper I was using them for. Once i got them installed, they were great! They hold the cabinets closed while the rev is being towed.

Everything just like it oughta be. delivery, package, finish, ease of use, etc. Just NOT ENOUGH HOLD POWER. Hard to believe they are rated 20 lbs. I'd give 5stars for everything else, but very ineffective to hold an RV drawer or cabinet door closed. I'll probly look for same item, only stronger.

The magnets were relatively easy to install. The instructions were easy to follow. Once I was able to screw the magnet and the corresponding attachment to the cabinet door, the strength of the magnet pulled the warped cabinet door much closer to securing it and making it more appeasing in appearance.

The magnetic door catches worked well and were relatively easy to install. However, drilling for screw insertion into the cabinet and door panel is recommended.

I bought these magnets to go on a cabinet door. They worked good but plates have to be lined up perfect to magnet back. They hold good and strong, so they were perfect for my application. My only complaint is that they need to make the screws magnetic. I used some of my own screws.

I'm using these on my homemade voice-over booth door to keep it shut nice and tight.They work great. I am using three of them (top, middle, and bottom of the door). They are really strong magnets and hold well, but aren't too hard to push open.They were fairly easy to install too and came with enough screws to get the job done.If I ever need em again, I would buy em again!
