I received this mattress with stains in multiple places! No shell. but the mattress. Not exactly what you want to dress your little one! I am very disappointed as I expected better quality based on other reviews. Returns are a problem as it doesn't fit back in the box (because it's vacuum packed). Aside from stains, I think it would feel very comfortable. WARNING - They will want you to return the mattress if you have a problem with it BUT once you've opened the vacuum seal it will be almost impossible to put it back in the box! Be persistent and go through all that crap and you may come to a sane end. They can't replace the item but they gave a full refund and I didn't send the mattress back which is great. Now I can buy one locally and make sure it's clean! Overall a great win for Revain's customer service!
