Ok overall the shoes are great but the sizing is confusing as I wasn't sure how it was supposed to fit. exactly 11 inches to the toe). In other Vibrams I've tried (like V-Treks) I'm 43, 44 is way too big. So I went with 44 for the stumps and followed all the advice to increase the size. Initially I thought they were too tight as if I couldn't wear them. But after flexing them indoors for a day, I found that the length and width were okay (my toes ended up straight, with enough room to flex my toes a bit), and the tightness at the height of the shoe lay. Like I'm being squeezed too hard. In general, I had fat legs. But I've worn them down and now they feel good and I'm sure they will stretch to the meager amount I need, but even if they don't stretch I can wear them comfortably all day and anywhere . In general, they seemed very tight. , but it turned out that everything is fine. I think you'll understand if they're too small, but if you're not sure if you want the full size, consider the tightness around the strap.
