Perfect sandals (and the right size)

I ordered these for my son. He says: These shoes are incredible. I wear them barefoot; Socks are not required. They are very comfortable. They are flexible yet protect your feet. They actually have some arch support as their soles are shaped to fit the parts of your feet that need to support weight on them. The fabric is breathable and the antimicrobial lining (which should be advertised better) keeps them from smelling. (Plus, they're washable.) They're so well constructed that, as far as I…

Best Five Toe Sneakers - Fashion Sneakers

Wow, these are the five toe shoes I've been dreaming of since I bought my first pair a few years ago. Surprisingly comfortable and incredibly light. They are sold for everyday use but I practically live in them and also use them for trail running. There is a lot of gravel and pebbles on my paths. They hold things (KSO) almost as well as my old KSO Treks that were designed for them, but they're twice as light and go a lot easier when you have to shake a pebble. I don't know yet how well the…

  • Useful beyond its intended purpose

Approved for everyday use

I've been using the Vibram Five Fingers in the gym for years but never as an everyday shoe. My knees were starting to bother me with my sketchers, and I also heard whispers about the shoe's minimalist movement, so I decided to take a chance. I am not disappointed in them. Switching to them was probably the best decision of my life. By slowly increasing the wear time over several weeks, I noticed a gradual decrease in pain and irritation in my knees by the end of the day. While I still get the…

I love the Five Toe Vibram shoes so much!

I love the Vibram 5 Finger Toes! I've been wearing different pairs of these shoes for a number of years and can't get enough of them. They are very comfortable, very light and durable. I started wearing them for outdoor activities like hiking, rock climbing and disc golf, but after just a few weeks I was wearing my Vibram 5 fingers all the time to run errands, to the office, to meet up with friends and family, me couldn't get enough. I had an important day at the office and had to wear regular…

Almost perfect for hiking

These shoes have become my go-to shoes for hiking and trail running. Apart from a few small blemishes they are perfect. I just wish I had a couple more. I got them right before a 4 day hike. I was nervous about the lack of support as I had never tried a minimalist shoe before. On my first day with them I walked up and down the mountain for half a day. From the beginning of the trail it was 800 meters in altitude. At the end of the first day my legs hurt, but it didn't hurt, it was like working…

Return variator LS

I've been wearing Vibram Fivefingers for 10 years now. The CVT LS was by far my favorite model. Vibram stopped making them so I decided to try the CVT hemp instead. In short, they are terrible. The CVT Hemp doesn't have a tie or laces so they make it really tight so it doesn't fall off. They look terrible with socks. Size and fit are wrong. fur style. Bring back the LS CVT. These shoes were EPIC.

Pros
  • quick change
Cons
  • There are even more interesting options.

To return? Attention!: Fashionable sneakers

Definitely a mixed judgement. I love the shoes and would give them 5 stars; and reordered from another company. Even though it was listed as Prime and Free Returns, I had to pay $200-$300 to ship it back to the UK only to get a refund from Revain from an offline email process. The product is available from local vendors in the US and I highly recommend looking elsewhere than this company.

About shoe sizing

Ok overall the shoes are great but the sizing is confusing as I wasn't sure how it was supposed to fit. exactly 11 inches to the toe). In other Vibrams I've tried (like V-Treks) I'm 43, 44 is way too big. So I went with 44 for the stumps and followed all the advice to increase the size. Initially I thought they were too tight as if I couldn't wear them. But after flexing them indoors for a day, I found that the length and width were okay (my toes ended up straight, with enough room to flex my…

Feel so good after wearing them I don't want to take them off!

I read the reviews before ordering so I ordered a size up. I ordered 9.5 and 10.5. The smallest toes on the right and left foot can hardly fit in a bag, but I'm very happy to carry them around the house before I go out with them. They are light and comfortable and I know the more I wear them the more I like them.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • I won't say anything
