This is a great tie if you are a skinny guy. I'm by no means stocky, but I do have a thick neck. 18.5 inches. This hoop is designed for users closer to 15 inches in neck size. The polyester does fuzz a little after a while, but it's still a good tie for the money. When you buy it, remember that you must have a thin neck.
