Bought after we kept sending Dyson back for repairs. The vacuum shop recommended this brand as a mid-range vacuum cleaner. You mentioned that bagless vacuums tend to require constant maintenance, which is where they make their money. So no more bags. Suction is good - not great, but good. That's the only thing I really miss about my Dyson.
