Very easy! Works perfectly!
Extremely easy installation - all you need is a Phillips and flathead screwdriver (plus a pair of scissors for the plastic crossbar behind the glove box if you haven't already cut them). I recommend replacing the resistor and cabin air filter while you're down there. It only took 10 minutes and I'm in no way mechanical. There is a video on YouTube that explains how to do it. I believe the model they showed was the 06 and my 09 was exactly the same. You can do that! Hell, you're paying your mechanic over $200 for a 10 minute job lol.
