I needed something thicker than general purpose drawing paper that would store away easily and this really works. The sides are flexible, and yes if you stretch them they can wrinkle or bend, but handling them with normal care will avoid dings. I use masking tape to keep them on the painted surface and it doesn't sag or warp with multiple coats of very wet acrylic paint. When I removed them from the pillow, I noticed that some of them frayed slightly at the edges, but that wasn't a problem for me as I plan on trimming them down to 8x10 inches anyway. The surface is rubber so I primed it. with a thin coat of acrylic paint before starting work and this helped the paint hold well without peeling or lifting. Pros: - Inexpensive - Durable finish, won't warp on contact with water - Ideal alternative to multipurpose drawing paper - Easy to store - Easy to mount and frame Cons: - Slight damage to some edges of canvas - Not many size options - Medium dented canvas , for smaller parts may be slightly thinner. In general I recommend. I plan to buy more.
