I thought this would be the answer to the horrible task of cleaning the kitty litter, but it isn't. There are about 5 layers of liners with holes in them, then the bottom liner is a solid piece of plastic. They work great initially, but over time as the kitten digs into the stuffing, all of the stuffing in the box will fall through the holes onto the bottom layer. Kitty has 5 layers of plastic on top and junk underneath. Maybe I should put a much thicker layer of putty on top? Hm, I'll try. I love that it's so easy to just pick up the top layer, sort out the good junk and throw out the rest.
