Ringer Setup: Phones and Accessories

I bought this phone because my house has poor cell phone reception. But I hate that my old phone was only for spam calls. This phone has an option to only ring numbers in your address book. So if someone else calls, I never hear. So basically I only call from this phone. but when I know I'm getting a conference call, I just hold the phone and pick up the phone when I see the call. I never hear a call.
