Yes, it is exactly as described and overall I am happy with the product. The only thing I didn't take into account was that my husband has a big head. Laugh out loud. Well it definitely stretches but it fits most people like me but the stretching doesn't really offer enough protection because it stretches to the point of becoming thin. Ah good, I guess I'll skip that and use it on myself instead. Came quickly from California. Made in the USA.
- No seams around the edges, good size and thin material that's easy to breathe through, the packaging shows it's made in California. UNITED STATES.
- I use it as a mask. not comfortable to wear in hot weather.
