The best eyebrow pencil ever!
I have very sparse eyebrows, so 10-15 years ago I permanently made up (tattooed) my eyebrows. But the mascara faded, and last winter a neighbor asked me if my eyebrows were blue (faded to gray). So I started looking for an eyebrow pencil. In the end, after admiring her brows, I asked a friend what she uses and we both ended up at the Ulta Beauty salon, where I could try to determine the best color for myself. I am very satisfied and will continue to use this product as long as my hands are strong enough!
