Review on ANNKE 3840X2160 Weatherproof Expandable Surveillance by Mike Sutherland

I bought and installed this system about 9 months ago; I've wanted to have this for a while before I change my mind. I had the first problem a week ago when the camera feed went black on all cameras (6). I contacted tech support via email and they responded right away, got some information and offered to replace the PSU for the cameras. I had an extra power supply because I also bought an extra set of 4 cameras. It worked! Although the cameras were powered by an old power supply, everything was fine after the replacement. The picture quality of these cameras is excellent. The technical documentation is poorly written and difficult to understand, but not really needed; The installation wizard will guide you through without any problems. A very good system for the price.
