The best thing about expressconnect was that it had everything we needed to run our business smoothly from one place! From billing issues/quotes through invoicing & payments there's nothing I disliked at this point in time but maybe if they could make some of their features better organized? It took me forever just trying figure out how things worked so when something went wrong or didn't work as expected (which happened quite often) figuring them back into my routine wasn’t easy for someone who doesn't use these services every day like myself - which made managing multiple accounts difficult sometimes too.
They were great though because anytime anything changed within any part of what i used everyday such as email addresses etc., notifications would pop up reminding us instantly without having to wait until after hours / next morning till people get around doing whatever needs done regarding those changes.
