Shortly after using this shampoo and conditioner combo I had to switch brands. I did my research and only used a small amount, using more water instead of more product to create more cleaning power. I have very thick hair and it took a lot out of it. My hair felt greasy and messy right after the shower, although I rinsed it out for about 10 minutes trying to get it out of my hair until the bubbles in the water disappeared. Smell okay, nothing special. If you are wondering if a more expensive shampoo is worth its price compared to a cheaper one, YES. I spent more money on OUAI and am glad I did.
