Weekly Lifespan for Lightning Cable

Edit: After contacting Anker for a replacement, they said they would be happy to send me one in exchange for a 5-star rating from Revain. I agreed but waited to post a review until I got a replacement. In fact, a week later the cable stopped working again. A small burn mark appeared on the metal part of the flash tip, as if a short circuit had occurred in it, and it started to burn (like the first cable), and I contacted the company again. They told me to send them both cables to test and then they would issue me a replacement, but only after I gave my 5 star rating. Well now my phone charger has run out and I can't wait for the 2-3 weeks it takes them to inspect the broken items and send out replacements so I have to go to the apple store and buy a proper cable to replace it ok to have a charged phone. That makes no sense. SUMMARY: All those 5-star reviews are most likely also an incentive to cover up their poor product quality with bribes in the hope of getting what we as a customer pay for. This is a poor quality product and a waste of money. It worked fine for a week and a half, now it won't charge.

Anker cable failed completely as did their Customer Service. No reply after 7+ days of waiting.
