Dear UAG, You have been the number one case for years and I was hoping to have the same great experience with my new iPad that I got today with your updated case. I was disappointed to see that you took a great product and made it worse. It's pretty obvious you were trying to cut corners. They tried to make a case that would fit different iPad models but nothing came of it. The fit is terrible and it took me a lot of effort to fit my iPad into the case. The right side of my iPad is not very well protected, with or without the stylus. In the past, the valve was removable for ease of use during photography where the valve would typically get in the way, or to lighten the entire body for general use. The case is also difficult to hold in landscape mode. I'm really shocked that you took the number one product and changed it. Tomorrow I will buy a new case, not a UAG, and return this one. Please fix this.
