Light color, nice build but NOT strong; That's why I ordered it --> to be strong and not fall apart when I install the iPad Air. The ledges it rests on are like any other stand — no-frills, thin, and not deep enough to hold an iPad without falling or breaking.

As others have said, this case isn't just made for the iPad Air 2020. Difficult to fit the tablet in a case as the iPad is a bit large for this. Also, it doesn't turn off automatically when you lower the lid. Therefore, you have to turn it off manually or wait for it to turn off according to the auto-lock setting.

They just took an 11 inch iPad Pro and cut out the part for the fingerprint power button. It's like someone took wire cutters and cut it out. You can even see that in my photos. Additionally, the iPad Air doesn't fit all the way in as it's slightly larger than the 11-inch Pro. What's wrong with UAG? This apparent shortcut is disappointing.

Dear UAG, You have been the number one case for years and I was hoping to have the same great experience with my new iPad that I got today with your updated case. I was disappointed to see that you took a great product and made it worse. It's pretty obvious you were trying to cut corners. Apparently good case but not strong enough for my use. I'm a bit harsh with them because I'm old and I can drop things I didn't expect to fall and I just don't feel like they're strong enough for my use. I think it will work for some and maybe younger users but I don't think it will work for me.
