Good quality, I thought it works fine.

I bought these at different times for my right and left hand to get rid of my thumb and wrist pain from crutches. I think you should be aware of the size to ensure comfort. There isn't much information in the ad, so I'll give some measurements here, hope it helps. fingers 7 inches. The metal thumb rest measures 8" and runs the length of the rest 1/2" from the end of the thumb. It is 3/4" wide and can be bent to shape your hand, yet strong. The center brace (wrist/carpal tunnel) extends to the ankle and is 1-1/2" wide and can be bent, to conform to the shape of your hand. ) The strap is 1-1/2" wide, the middle one is 1-1/2" and the one at the ankles is 1". Velcro is quite long and can be cut for many users. On the hand/am Wrist there is something to fix.The buckles are plastic, they don't bend, they are strong and will withstand any pressure you put on them when tightening. On the other hand, while any hard buckle won't bend with your hand there is a 1/2" wide soft plastic brace that goes up the outer brace to allow for some flex. There is a thumb loop at the end of the buckle. B. a metal brace, and allows the last joint to flex, but immobilizes the thumb joint, but some adjustment of the brace may be required. A third strap goes to support across the thumb joint. The metal brace of the third strap is 2" long, so you should measure your thumb to see if this fits she works ionized. In reviews (or Q&A) some have said there is not enough thumb support. I suspect this could be the problem. Once you have a glove that fits you, you can measure and compare to get an idea of how this brace will work for you. Utility: I've used it for thumb pain and pain when walking with crutches (not in the carpal tunnel). I felt it worked well after adjustment, especially on the wrist. The 8 inch length was a good fit, it came to mid-forearm on me. My forearm at the top of the brace is 10-11 inches and it fits well. The inside is lined with blue padding material, comfortable, made of synthetic material but in such a way that it breathes well and does not stick with sweat (but also lives in a cool climate). At the bottom of the orthosis, where the straps cross, is a black, sock-like, double-layered material for comfort. The sewing is good, I wiped it several times in the washing machine with no problems. I don't remember if I tumble dried it. Over time, the edges of the straps became scratched, a few protruding threads that could be cut off. Over time, the lint collected on the Velcro, which I removed with my fingers using tweezers. Better some fluff that doesn't stick, but I think the alternative (that didn't stick) didn't stick because of the binding. In general it worked for me, maybe because the size of the brace suited my anatomy. Length of fingers and thumb. Well done in terms of materials and construction (padding, stitching).
