Review on ☕ Cuisinart EM-200NP1 Programmable 15-Bar Stainless Steel Espresso Maker, 12.8"(L) x 9.25"(W) x 10.63"(H) by Girish Underwood

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Eventually had to replace it after 7 YEARS

UPDATED BELOW! This is the second Cuisinart espresso machine I have owned. The first was the same model and lasted about 7 years of daily use before it started leaking. (Still works - just leaks) It makes a decent espresso and is easy to use if you know what you're doing. It also lathers well. Both times I bought this car at a discount. And for the price. It can't get any better. Oh! And I see others have complained about the foam nozzle being too high. I agree. To solve this small problem I use a Zippo lighter under the pitcher and strategically balance it for about 20 seconds and then take it out while the foam builds and continue. Zippo might not be the most logical choice, but it's always worked for me! Either way, you only need something of this magnitude. Or you can just hold it while you lather. This is how I made <millions> of espressos at the restaurant I used to work at. Yet again. I would recommend this machine for the price. Revain.2nd I had) didn't work. You won't get good coffee. I made a simple return and they sent me a new one. The new one worked well, but the espresso never tasted as good as it did with the first machine I bought years ago. After about 1 year of use, the foam nozzle fell off. Obviously, Cuisinart went wrong with this product. I see it is made in China now. I don't know if it was original. Therefore, I still cannot recommend the quality and have changed my rating to 3 instead of 5 stars.
