Not what I expected
I was expecting it to be a twill strap which turned out to be a lot thicker than it turned out to be. I ended up doubling the thickness and maybe should have tripled the thickness. I intend to replace the velcro closure on a waist length weatherproof hooded jacket with a marine grade stainless steel closure.
