These have been my favorite training shoes so far. I'm a firefighter and I do powerlifting and cross training and I would pick these out of all the nike zero drop shoes and adidas shoes in my previous workouts. If you have a longer run planned for your workout I would suggest trying shoes with more cushioning/support throughout, but the INOV-8 235 v3 can handle 45 minutes of hard work up to 6 days a week. intense skipping, rowing, general kettlebell highs, and traditional powerlifting. Super breathable and supportive for heavier lifts despite being lower than the ankle. Highly recommended if this is your first zero drop paragraph!
