Pretty but doesn't work
I was very happy with this but quickly found out why all other tape dispensers have a weighted base. When I first tried to tighten the strap it flipped forward because the frame is obviously very light. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal, I probably should have thought about it, I'll just hold onto it every time I take the tape, right? No, unfortunately the teeth don't cut the tape, they only scratch it. And I don't mean that it happened once or twice, it was every time I went to the band. I had to use my office scissors to cut a straight/unscratched clean strip. The next day I went back to my ugly regular Scotch dispenser.
