I have been using the Braun epil Silk 9 epilator for several years to remove hair on my legs and in pits. I take the head apart and clean it with Dawn and the original brush, then let it air dry after each use. but lately i feel like it ALWAYS grabbed my legs and after walking over and over the area even 9/10 times the fine hairs stayed. I actually only used my braun epil silk 9 on my legs 2 days ago and I was still unsatisfied. place this order. So it arrived today and I immediately charged it and then used it. It missed every hair on the brown, never pinched skin, and was so fast I had to go through both legs (and holes) with a load of reserve. Can't speak to the pain levels and such for beginners, but functionally this is the best epilator I've ever used.
