You can immediately tell the difference with this pillow, even after one night of sleep. Now, let's be real here, I've been sleeping on hand-me-down pillows for a few years now. The kind where you take off the pillowcase and there's big yellow stains on them (from sweat, not pee - hopefully). So honestly a cement block probably would've been an improvement. But this pillow really feels great. I took it out of the zipper case and punched it until it unraveled and softened up. That was fun in and of itself.
