I always hesitate to buy auto parts online because although every seller promises a perfect fit, that's not necessarily the case. This radiator matched the one I removed perfectly, so I recommend it to all 2002 Dodge Caravan owners. I've read other reviews that mentioned drilling additional holes in the mounting bracket and didn't understand what they were talking about until the end of my installation. It turns out that there is a rubber baffle that covers the air gap between the top of the radiator and the car's grille, and the baffle is secured to the radiator bracket with some plastic push pins. The installer must drill holes for these pins. WARNING: Use a drill stop to minimize drill bit penetration or you could be drilling through a new radiator!
