The cutter does not work as described
Instructions in the packaging are illegible I bought a kit with recommendations so buckles were included I had to look on UTUBE for a video on how to use the cutter is impossible . Once you buckle the handle it will not be easy to slide the end through the cutter as the blade will change position when the strap is under the handle. Luckily I only have a few items to bind.
