I'm really impressed with the sturdy construction and custom fit. Sizing is adjusted by rotating the flashlight on the back until it fits perfectly. The light has multiple settings: constantly on, off, and flashing in two different ways. You change the light settings by pressing on the light itself. It has to be comfortable as my 3 year old won't want to take it off!
