First pair broke within a month of 1-2 miles a day; the wire broke and the thorn beads fell off (November). The manufacturer replaced them (February). The spare pair was worn 1-2 miles a day from February to April and then worn for 2 weeks in November and the wire also broke. The manufacturer will not provide a "replacement" as there is a 90 day guarantee. It was stated that they thought they could have benefited a lot from it. I live in Alaska; Wearing boots in winter is not an option for a walk. I would not recommend this brand for everyday use and will not buy their products again.
