I ordered these headphones but had to return them as the first one didn't fit. Each earbud had its own individual Bluetooth signal and could not be paired with each other. I sent them back and asked for a replacement. I had the SAME problem exchanging a pair! I don't think this company checks their retuned products for problems before they just stick new plastic on and resell them to unsuspecting customers who think they'll get a brand new product with no problems. Don't waste your time with them!
