Review on 📸 PENTAX Super Takumar 55mm F1.8 M42 Screw Mount MF Lens (S/N:1626026) #55876 by Sharon Fuller

Mine was delivered quickly and in excellent condition by Blue Penn seller. Use it on an old Panasonic Micro 4/3 with an inexpensive M42 to M4/3 adapter. The crop factor of the Micro 4/3 makes it behave like a 110mm f3.8. It's fairly sharp wide open, giving photos an almost three-dimensional effect. I did some very unscientific testing and found the minimum focus distance on my setup to be around 16 inches (41 cm). The color rendering is good in my opinion. It's beefy and well built, but I wish the focus ring was more precise (which is probably fine when used full-frame, like 55mm).
