April 18, 2018 One of my four foot cables broke. I couldn't get it to stay connected to my phone or tablet. The connector fell out of every port I tried. The 6 foot cable is a bit wonky, but the other 4 foot cable works great. I haven't tried other cables. I have processed the return. April 19, 2018 Last night, after processing a return a little earlier in the day, things went downhill with my only good 4ft cable. My Android took 1.5 hours to charge and scored up to 28%. After another 2 hours of charging it was up to 46%. At this point I thought the problem was with my phone. My husband removed my phone and turned on his at 11:42pm at 51%. We woke up at 7:14 am and his phone was 89% busy. This cable was connected to a fast charger and usually charges us in less than an hour. We unplugged the cord and plugged in the old one, the phone recharges quickly. At this point I have to downgrade this purchase to 0-1 stars and cannot recommend this purchase. Extremely disappointed. April 26, 2018 - The seller offered to replace my cables for free with a coupon code for a new set. Have updated rating for excellent customer service and will update again once transaction is complete, new cables will be received and tested.
