Fits perfectly on the rear bumper of my 4 " caravan
Fits perfectly on the rear bumper of my 4" caravan. Used to mount bikes and holds in place very well. According to the instructions, it can be mounted either below or above the bumper (preferably above the bumper in the case of bike racks). I would recommend this to anyone who has a caravan that needs a tow hitch for extra items like a bike rack.
