I like that we have been able to build strong relationships with our customers through their website experiences while also being very responsive when they need us for support outside of those times as well! Nothing at this time but would love more focus put into emailing new prospects/customers who are not currently using or visiting DC's web sites vs only sending them emails from clients via MailChimp etc - It seems many companies do it differently these days so no real issue here yet though nothing negative either if you're doing things right :) Make sure your team understands how important an ongoing relationship between client & business can be by continuing after project completion too.
