Bought as a Christmas present for my niece. The markers themselves are great. The trays are a bit difficult to detach from the plastic storage box, but with patience they will slide out. I think the edges of the trays overlap a bit. In fact my only major complaint and why I deducted a star is that it was a Christmas present for my niece and the box was defective. I wanted to test the markers before giving them to her so I opened the box and both buttons fell out. Both. I was so disappointed. My husband tried to reattach them with heavy duty glue but it didn't work. I ended up having to tuck the flap inward to keep the storage box closed. I have no doubt that she will like the markers, but it seems to me that I am giving her an inferior gift. If I didn't need it tomorrow, I would send it back immediately. Unfortunately it is too late and I am very sad about it.
